LIP FILLER / LIP TREATMENTS

Lip Fillers are injections that add volume to your lips. People generally want lip filler for many reasons, including: Restoring a previous lip size, Correcting the shape of your lips, Smoothing wrinkles, and/or Boosting confidence.

A Lip Flip is a popular procedure that makes your lips look fuller without increasing the volume of your lips. Many people who get a lip flip wish to make the size of their lips appear larger. You may wish to get a lip flip for many reasons, including: You want your lips to look fuller, but don't want filler, Reduce the appearance of wrinkles, You want your lips to cover your more of your gums, and/or boost your confidence.

What to Expect: During a lip filler procedure, your healthcare provider will apply a topical anesthetic to your lips to numb them so you won’t feel any pain and the process is as comfortable as possible. About 15 to 30 minutes later, your lips should be numb. Your healthcare provider will then use a thin needle to inject lip filler into any or all parts of your lips. Lip fillers typically last 12 to 18 months.

Aftercare: After treatment, lips may be swollen, sensitive and bruised. Swelling usually goes away after 24 to 48 hours. The following tips will help your lips as they heal:

  • Apply an ice pack to reduce inflammation, pain and swelling.

  • Avoid wearing lipstick, lip balm or any other product on your lips for at least 24 hours.

  • Refrain from touching or puckering your lips, including kissing and sipping from a straw.

  • Be careful brushing your teeth.

  • Drink plenty of water.

  • Avoid exercising for at least 24 hours

CHEEK, CHIN, & JAW TREATMENTS

For those looking to balance their profiles or enhance the contours of their cheekbones, jawlines or chins, injectable fillers may provide the perfect solution.

Lyft / Contour / Defyne: Restylane® Refyne and Restylane® Defyne are dermal fillers injected under the (facial) skin. Once in place, they help smooth away your “laugh lines” – the wrinkles and folds that may form at the sides of your nose and run down toward the corners of your mouth.

Revanesse Versa: Revanesse® Versa™+ is an FDA approved hyaluronic acid dermal filler that can be used to treat moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, including nasolabial folds. When injected beneath the skin, Revanesse® Versa can help to fill in facial wrinkles, restore volume loss, and refine facial features.

Juvederm Voluma: As you age, the cheeks may flatten and the skin may begin to sag. This is caused by natural loss of volume in the cheek area, or what the experts call age-related midface volume loss. JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA® XC is designed to add volume beneath the skin's surface, which provides lift and contour to the cheek area.

RadiesseRADIESSE® is a dermal filler that is used for smoothing moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds (the creases that extend from the corner of your nose to the corner of your mouth).

Sculptra: Sculptra is a treatment that works deep within the skin to restore lost collagen and delivers natural looking results. Collagen is a key component for a more youthful-looking appearance. It can be uses in the nasolabial folds, pyriform fossa, marionette, pre-auricular, submalar & chin areas.

Kybella: KYBELLA® is administered as a series of injections to the treatment area under the chin, destroying fat cells and producing gradual results. Everyone's chin profile is different, so your physician will tailor treatment to you. The number of treatment sessions will vary based on the amount of fat under the chin and your treatment goals.

Aftercare: After treatment, swelling and bruising is common. Swelling usually goes away after 24 to 48 hours. Apply an ice pack to reduce inflammation, pain and swelling.

SCLEROTHERAPY

Sclerotherapy is a medical procedure used to treat varicose veins and "spider veins" in the legs.

How it Works: Medication is injected directly into a vein, causing the lining of the blood vessel to swell and stick together. Over time, the vessel turns into scar tissue that fades from view.
